Returns FAQs

You’re welcome to make changes to your order before payment. Once your order is packed and scheduled for delivery, changes or cancellations may incur charges, depending on how far along we are. In many cases, your order will leave the stone yard a few days before your scheduled delivery date.

We’ll always do our best to help, and the more notice you can give us, the easier it is to make adjustments.

You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of delivery, as long as the products are in their original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods. We will issue your refund within a week of receiving the returned goods.

You can arrange the return yourself or we can collect it for a fee (£100 per pallet, postcode dependent). However, please note the only exception is bespoke or pre-sealed items, which are non-returnable.

When your order arrives, please inspect it and note any visible damage on the delivery note. If you spot an issue, contact us as soon as possible, because resolving problems after installation is much harder.

Damaged tiles often work for cuts, so we recommend ordering an extra 10% to allow for cuts and potential wastage. If your order is incorrect, damaged on delivery, faulty or not as described, please arrange a return within 30 days. If a problem occurs, we will collect the product at no cost to you.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 28 days after receiving your materials. If you cancel before dispatch, we will issue a full refund; whilst if your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return the goods to us at your cost. If you’d prefer us to arrange the return, a collection fee of £100 per pallet may apply depending on your postcode.

Note: Most orders are dispatched on the day they’re placed or the following day. So if you wish to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Yes. You can return most unused materials for a refund within 28 days of delivery. Returns must be clean, in resalable condition, and, where applicable, in their original packaging. You can arrange the return yourself, or we can collect it for a fee (£100 per pallet, postcode dependent). A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods. • Floor Tiles – Yes, within 28 days of delivery.
• Steps & Copings – Yes, within 28 days of delivery.
• Decking & Cladding – No, we do not accept returns of these products, as they are special orders, based on the quantities provided by the customer.
• Bespoke Items – No, we do not accept returns of bespoke items, as these orders are produced to customer specifications.

We process refunds within one week of receiving the returned items. Once we’ve inspected the materials, our team will be in touch to confirm your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to a week to appear in your account after processing.
