  • Ivory Egyptian Limestone provides consistent cream tones suitable for indoor bespoke projects such as wall cladding, skirting, worktops and staircases. Its neutral colour balance integrates efficiently across both modern and traditional schemes. Consequently, designers can maintain cohesion across multi room layouts.

The stone receives a sandblasted and brushed finish. First, sandblasting opens the surface and exposes the natural grain, then brushing softens the texture and removes sharpness. As a result, the finish becomes lightly textured yet refined. This process also enhances slip resistance and visual depth.

In addition, this limestone performs reliably in kitchen environments when properly sealed, withstanding routine domestic traffic and typical service loads. The smooth finish also supports straight forward cleaning and scheduled maintenance. Moreover, its light tonal range improves light reflectance values within interior spaces. Therefore, it offers trade professionals a technically practical and visually consistent interior bespoke solution.

  • Following installation, we recommend sealing limestone to improve performance and longevity. Specifically, apply a high quality breathable sealer to reduce porosity and prevent stains. As a result, you restrict moisture ingress and minimise surface wear in high traffic or external areas.

For ongoing care, maintain the surface with routine dry sweeping and also periodic cleaning using a pH neutral stone cleaner. However, avoid acidic or abrasive compounds, as they compromise the calcite structure. In addition, schedule resealing according to site exposure and usage levels. Consequently, with correct maintenance, limestone will deliver long term wear and a consistent appearance.
