The team at Nigel Belcher Stone Paving are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our beautifully curated new Indoor Flooring Collection. While we’ve always offered a small selection of indoor tiles, this exciting launch sees us jumping wholeheartedly into the category, introducing a much broader collection for you to discover.
Launching next week, it features elegant kitchen tiles, durable bathroom floor tiles, timeless hallway tiles and much more. Indeed, the tiles range from stylish cream and beige hues right through to charcoal and grey floor tiles. Perfect for transforming every room.
With the launch just around the corner, we wanted to answer some of your most common questions about stone and tile flooring. So next week, you’ll be able to browse the new collection with confidence, knowing your key questions are already answered. You may also notice a sneak peek at some of our favourites below too..
Porcelain tiles are crafted by pressing natural stone or clay into shape. They are then fired at high temperatures, making them a strong and durable choice for busy homes. Whereas artisans cut, shape and finish natural limestone blocks quarried from the earth to create limestone tiles. With this, the tiles bring natural beauty, unique character and warmth.
Our Indoor Collection of porcelain tiles come with textured finishes for safe anti slip grip in nearly every room of the house. Indeed, they are suitable as hallway or kitchen tiles, living room or bathroom tiles. However, they are not suitable for wet rooms, pool surrounds or any outdoor spaces. Get in touch with our expert team to discuss your favourites.
Porcelain tiles are fully waterproof and natural limestone can be sealed to resist water, making either an excellent choice for all around the home.
Yes, most porcelain and stone tiles resist heat, and indeed all of our Indoor Collection is heat resistant. This makes them ideal tiles for kitchens, living rooms and rooms with underfloor heating.
Either porcelain or limestone is a great choice for kitchen tiles. Both materials handle spills, heat and heavy foot traffic with ease. Limestone floor tiles naturally develop a soft patina over time, so they look richer and more characterful with use.
Limestone brings warmth and character to living spaces. Comparatively, we offer a broad collection of beautiful stone-effect porcelain cream, beige and grey floor tiles. These are undoubtedly the perfect flooring to create a modern, stylish look.
Essentially, the best tiles are the ones that suit your space and lifestyle. Undoubtedly, for elegance and bags of character, limestone is the perfect choice. Whereas for busy homes, porcelain offers durability and low maintenance. Get in touch with our expert team to discuss your individual requirements.
Grout colour depends on the look you want to achieve. Matching grout blends seamlessly, while contrasting grout highlights the tile’s shape and pattern. Get in touch with the team for help with choosing a grout for your tiles.
