How do I order samples?

How to order your free flooring / paving samples:

Open the product page for which you’d like to order a sample.
Then, under the product description, you’ll see a white box containing an orange button & a white ‘Order a Sample’ button.
Simply click on this button to add the sample to your basket.
Then go back to Step 1 to continue shopping for your favourite samples.
When you have added four free samples to your basket, checkout by clicking on the basket icon in the top-right corner of the page.

When will they arrive?

Once we receive your order, we will pick out your selected cut tile and/or stone paving samples. Then we will despatch them to you via Royal Mail for delivery to your door within 4 working days.

What if I need more samples?

We’re confident that we can help you find the perfect stone or tile for your project. So if you’re not completely sure about the paving samples you’ve received, just head back online and order some alternatives. We want you to feel confident in your choice, and exploring different options is all part of the process.

Better yet, why not pay us a visit at our 400m² Display Centre, located in the heart of Berkshire? Here, you can browse a wide selection of our paving stones and flooring tiles in person. You can get a real sense of colour, texture and finish, and also speak directly with our team. We’d love to welcome you, guide you through the options, and help you visualise how each piece could work in your space. While you’re here, you can also pick up a complimentary full-size paving sample to take home and try in situ.
