In order to meet the design specifications of our customers, we have developed a range of services, allowing you to create unique designs from our porcelain and natural stone paving collections.
We work alongside artisans that use a range of techniques to cut and profile stone, creating bespoke pieces to give your project an outstanding finish. Whether you need swimming pool copings, or a bespoke set of steps, these profiles will enhance a range of outdoor projects both visually and practically.
Stone Cutting Services
Our bespoke services include, waterjet cutting stone to create copings and paving slabs to the exact dimensions of your design. The waterjet cutting machine is CNC controlled ensuring absolute accuracy by following your own computer aided designs.
Once cut, we can provide a range of profiles for the edge of your stone. The most popular being full bullnose, double pencil edge profile, or down stand fabrication.
Combining these services helps create beautiful swimming pool surrounds, steps and wall copings with endless possibilities. The work is completed using a mixture of high end machinery and hand held tools.
Stone Profiling Services
Once cut, we provide a range of profiles for the edge of your stone:
Full Bullnose Profile
A timeless option, transforming the sharp edge of the stone to a smooth semi circle.
Double Pencil Edge Profile
This is a contemporary alternative, leaving the edge of the stone square, whilst rounding the top and bottom edge of the stone.
Downstand Fabrication
This involves cutting, mitring and bonding stone to give a tile the illusion of greater depth. This is a great solution to the restriction of porcelain tiles being 20mm in thickness.
Porcelain Swimming Pool Copings
Whilst our natural stone options are available off the shelf, porcelain copings must be produced to order. This ensures they’re produced from the same batch of porcelain as the surrounding paving, giving a perfectly seamless finish with no colour variance.
These services allow us to produce copings, tailored to the exact requirements of your pool. Right angle or radius corners, roman ends or completely bespoke shaped pools, anythings possible.
