Here, you’ll find clear, straightforward information about how we deliver your paving and what to expect if you need to return an item. Whatever your project and delivery requirements, we’re here to make the process smooth from start to finish.

Delivery Information

Delivering goods on a pallet is a very different process from receiving parcels or packages. It requires specialist equipment and careful handling, both for the safety of our trained drivers and the protection of your paving. When your order arrives, our delivery team will unload your pallet to a curbside location. Our delivery driver will choose the exact drop-off spot based on what’s safest and most practical, although we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Before you place your order, please check that your delivery location is suitable. Let us know in advance about any access restrictions—such as double yellow lines, narrow entrances, or weight limits—so we can plan accordingly. Above all else, safe unloading is the priority, so we only deliver to solid, flat surfaces like tarmac or concrete; we can’t deliver on inclines, or move pallets across gravel, grass, or soft ground.

Make sure someone is available to inspect and sign for the delivery. If the delivery location isn’t suitable and we can’t complete the drop-off, a redelivery fee may apply.

Whenever we can, we’ll deliver using our own fleet of vehicles. We offer a range of sizes and offload options, and we deliver your paving with the same care and attention that went into crafting it.

At NB Stone Paving, we offer flexible options to get your paving where it needs to be, with the same care and craftsmanship that goes into everything we do.

Local Delivery
If your delivery postcode is within a 40-mile radius of RG18 9LY, you can take advantage of our local delivery service – available across our entire product range. This option is more than just convenient: it’s personal. We deliver most orders using our own experienced team and our fleet of vehicles, with a variety of lorry sizes and offload options, to suit your location.

UK Delivery
For customers outside our local zone, our UK delivery service allows us to reach you wherever you are in the country. We work with trusted pallet partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, with a convenient 2-hour delivery window provided on the day.

Please note: not all products are eligible for nationwide delivery. Items from our Decking & Cladding and Western Red Cedar collections may require alternative shipping methods if you’re outside our local catchment. Collection Information

For those who prefer to collect their order in person, we offer a collection service from the NB Display Centre at Nigel Belcher Stone Paving, Rookery Farm, Long Lane, Curridge, RG18 9LY. As with everything we do, we handle collections with the same care and attention that defines our products.

To ensure everything is ready for you, please arrange collections at least 48 hours in advance. This gives our team the time to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order so we can have a smooth handover. If you need to collect sooner, please get in touch—we’ll always do our best to help if we can.

Because of the nature of our products, please make with a suitable vehicle. Many of our items range from 1 metre to 3.6 metres in length, furthermore each pallet can weigh up to 1200kg; so it’s essential that your vehicle is capable of safely transporting both the size and weight of your order.

We load all collections via forklift and on a pallet, and for this reason, and we’re unable to load into standard cars. Therefore, please arrange to collect using a van, tipper van, pickup, or HGV.

Returns Policy

At Nigel Belcher Stone Paving, we want every part of your experience to be as well-considered as the materials we provide. That’s why we offer flexibility where it counts – from our free “split pack” service that allows you to order the exact quantity you need, to a returns and cancellation process that’s straightforward and fair.

Whether you’re adjusting your project or returning surplus materials, the information below will guide you through the process.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You have the right to cancel your order up to 28 days after receiving your materials.

  • If you cancel before dispatch, we will issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return the goods to us at your cost.

  • If you’d prefer us to arrange the return, a collection fee of £100 per pallet may apply depending on your postcode.

Note: Most orders are dispatched on the day they’re placed or the following day. So if you wish to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Can I return surplus materials?

Yes. You can return unused materials for a refund within 28 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be clean, in resellable condition, and – where applicable – in their original packaging.

  • You can arrange the return yourself, or we can collect it for a fee (£100 per pallet, postcode dependent).

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods.

When will I receive my refund?

We process refunds within 1 week of receiving the returned items.
Once we’ve inspected the materials, our team will be in touch to confirm your refund.
Please note that refunds can take up to 1 week to appear in your account after processing.

What if part of my order arrives damaged?

We carefully package all our products to avoid damage, but on rare occasions, especially with overseas deliveries, some damage may occur.

If this happens:

  • Please let us know as soon as possible.

  • If you need replacement material, then we’ll send it free of charge.

  • If you don’t need replacements, we’ll issue a full refund for the damaged items at the price paid.

Criteria for a successful collection from your address

To ensure smooth and safe collection, please make sure that:

  • Goods are delivered in the same condition, with original packaging intact.

  • Pallet wrapping and packaging is not removed or altered.

  • Pallets are left in the same location as the original delivery.

Product-Specific Returns Information:

Stone Paving
Applies to all natural stone and porcelain paving collections.
We deliver most orders on our own fleet, so we can provide accurate delivery windows. Where this isn’t possible, our trusted courier partners will provide a 2-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.

Steps & Copings

Including all products within our step and copings collection

(We deliver the vast majority of Steps & Copings orders using our own fleet of vehicles, so an accurate delivery slot can be given. However, depending on delivery postcode, we may deliver some orders using our chosen couriers, so a 2 hour delivery window can be obtained on the day of delivery )

Decking & Cladding

Including all Millboard Decking & Cladding products:

(We deliver all orders of Millboard Decking & Cladding using our own fleet of vehicles, so an accurate delivery slot can be given)

Returns AcceptedYes, within 28 days of delivery
Restocking FeeThe refunded amount will have 20% deducted
Collection OptionNo. Due to many of these products being over 3m long, the customer must return the products.

 

Western Red Cedar

Including all western red cedar products

(All orders of Western Red Cedar are delivered using our own fleet of vehicles, so an accurate delivery slot can be given)

Returns AcceptedNo. We do not accept returns of these products, due to the nature of this material.

 

Bespoke Items

Including all bespoke orders such as bullnosing, cutting, profiling and pre sealing

(The vast majority of bespoke orders will be delivered on our own fleet of vehicles, so an accurate delivery slot can be given. However, depending on delivery postcode, some orders are delivered by our chosen couriers, so a 2 hour delivery window can be obtained on the day of delivery.)

Returns AcceptedNo. We do not accept returns of Bespoke items, as these orders are produced to customer specifications.
