Our Vintage Roman Limestone is a hard wearing natural stone paving offering cool grey tones and a tumbled finish. It has become a firm favourite of landscapers and home owners thanks to its neutral colour pallate and durability.
Vintage Roman limestone not only looks beautiful in both rustic and contemporary settings, it is one of the hardest natural stone pavings we offer.
It has a very low porosity meaning it absorbs a small amount of moisture, preventing staining and lichen growth. All it requires is a light pressurewashing to remove dirt and your paving will retain its original colour.
It is a versatile material that offers a rich and consistent colouring. Initially offering warmer blue/grey colour palatte and slightly fading over time to a lighter shade of silver/grey.
The tumbled finish softens the edges and surface of the paving adding a timeless class that speaks of quality well above its price point.
It is a favourite of All Aspect Garden Design who have used it in this large space, complimented by planters made with our Vintage Mint Sandstone walling, topped with more Vintage Roman Limestone paving as copings.
The stone has a naturally flat surface with little to no riven texture. This makes it ideal for areas with furniture when compared to our other vintage sandstone products.
The Vintage Roman Limestone is available in both 4 size patio packs and 900×600 only allowing infinite design possibilities. The 900×600 only option is ideal for those seeking a more contemporary feel or for using as step treads seen here.
